Vinyl PVC sheets

Metal Safe Sign offers a wide range of photoluminescent (PL) products and services aimed at the emergency wayfinding markets on land and at sea. The latest addition to our product range is a new product with very good properties that should satisfy many needs both on land and at sea where light-weight solutions are sought for the emergency wayfinding systems.

These phosphorescent vinyl PVC-sheets can be produced in nearly any width our customers demand. Standard-sizes are: 48” (122 cm) or 54” (137 cm). The thickness is ca. 1 mm with a semi-glossed surface. It is also possible to make the product fire-retardant by adding fire-retardant agents. The product is shipped in coils. The length of coil is decided by weight.

Regarding use of adhesives for mounting PVC signs: different adhesives should be used for different surfaces. For cleaning the surface, the usual way is to use anhydrous alcohol, isopropyl alcohol.

Our vinyl PVC-sheets can be used for nearly all your purposes. Comparable test-results for other products. Measured phosphorescent effect:
